Can I return the item if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days to claim a full refund or exchange, you only pay the return postage. Just reply to the order confirmation e-mail or get in touch through the website’s contact form. More details are on the ‘Shipping & Returns’ page.

Is the payment secure, and can I pay with any card?

Payments are processed by PayPal®, a high-profile third party payment gateway. We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Alternatively you can log into your own paypal account to pay. The payment information is always encrypted and the payments are processed in a secure area on the payment provider’s site. All your account or card details remain hidden. Please refer to PAYPAL’s terms if you are unsure of your protection. 

I need something by a specific date – is this possible?

We’ll do our best – please specify in the contact form and we will let you know. As a standard, all orders are placed with fast couriers and should arrive in less than a week from the date the order was placed. 

Is a gift packaging option with personalised note available?

All the scarves come in custom gift boxes, and gift packaging is available for all other items too. Personal notes are always included! Please leave a comment with the order if you would like gift packaging and/or a personalised message. 

Are you keeping my data confidential?

Absolutely. I/we never pass any of your details on to a third party, except for delivery purposes to the shipping company and newsletter mailing services. These companies have their own strict privacy policies which will keep your data secure and confidential.
