Shipping and returns:
Overview:
- All orders are dispatched within 1-3 days, if there are delays you will be notified.
- Delivery times are 2-5 working days for UK orders, and 4-10 working days for international orders.
- Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving them, for a full refund or exchange (buyer pays return postage only).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- A full refund will be issued (or exchange shipped) after we receive the returned goods.
Shipping:
Free worldwide shipping for all orders over £200. Shipping charges for other items will be specified on the checkout page.
Deliveries to the EU: we pre-pay the import charges (applicable since Brexit) and you will not incur any extra charges to receive the parcel.
Deliveries outside the EU: Please note that your local customs may add an import tax, which we can not predict nor take responsibility for. (For USA customers, there are no import charges for orders under $800).
All scarves are shipped in a custom made gift box, if you require gift packaging for any other items or wish to include a personalised note, please let us know in the comments box when ordering.
We use express shipping whenever possible. Orders will usually be dispatched within 1-3 days, otherwise we’ll notify you of delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (courier delays or unforeseen events).
Returns:
You can return or exchange your purchase within the first 14 days after receiving the goods. Please notify us, either by replying to the order confirmation e-mail or on the contact form in the website menu. You can choose a full refund or an exchange, provided the goods are in the original packaging and show no signs of use, or any other degradation, marks or stains.
We will refund the full amount you paid, including the postage if it was charged extra, but we will not refund the postage costs of the return. Please send the goods recorded/with a tracking number. Upon receipt of the goods in an acceptable condition as specified above, we will then refund the account or card used for payment, or exchange according to your wishes. If you cancel an order before we dispatch it, there is no charge.
IMPORTANT: The parcel must have a signed custom declaration attached to the outside of it. The only acceptable declaration is to tick the checkbox ‘OTHER’ and write the description ‘GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE UK RETURNED FOR CREDIT’ (in the absence of this declaration, we may have to pay import charges, which would have to be deducted from your refund)
